We are looking for a Student Success Manager to become a trusted point of contact for our enrolled students and their families.

The Role The Student Success Manager will ensure that every student feels heard, supported, informed, and confident throughout their KGC journey.

You will conduct regular meetings with students and parents to understand their progress, satisfaction, concerns, changing goals, and expectations, and coordinate internally to ensure the right action is taken.

Key Responsibilities

Student & Parent Management

- Conduct regular student and parent meetings.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students and families.
- Understand student goals, concerns, challenges, and changing priorities.
- Ensure students and parents feel comfortable raising issues or concerns.

Progress & Satisfaction

- Track student progress against their academic and profile-building plans.
- Identify students who are falling behind, disengaged, or need additional support.
- Regularly assess student and parent satisfaction.
- Proactively identify concerns before they become larger problems.
- Collect and communicate actionable feedback to the internal team.

Issue Resolution

- Act as the first point of contact for student and parent concerns.
- Listen objectively and empathetically and take ownership of issues.
- Coordinate with counsellors, editors, mentors, and other KGC teams to resolve concerns.
- Follow up to ensure issues have actually been resolved.
- Escalate sensitive matters when required.

Internal Coordination

- Maintain clear communication across KGC teams.
- Ensure significant student updates and decisions are documented.




- Track action points and follow-ups.
- Provide management with visibility on student progress, satisfaction, and potential risks.

This is not a back-office coordination role. We need someone who can listen deeply, understand student and parent needs, communicate thoughtfully, and take ownership of finding a solution. Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in student counselling, education, customer success, client servicing, relationship management, hospitality, or another people-facing role preferred, freshers are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with students and/or parents is an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
