Role Description The Student Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This role supports the planning and execution of fitness sessions, wellness events, and social activities, including event setup, participant coordination, and basic administrative tasks.

The Student

Assistant may help manage registrations, maintain attendance records, handle routine communication with community members, and assist with on-site logistics during events. Daily tasks can also include preparing materials,



supporting digital promotion efforts under guidance, and collaborating with team members to ensure events run smoothly. The role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, contribute to a wellness-focused environment, and engage directly with participants.

Qualifications

- Interest in fitness, wellness, and community-building, with a willingness to support events and activities on-site.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with participants and team members.
- Basic comfort with digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, social media) to assist with coordination and promotion.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment and maintain a welcoming, inclusive attitude.
- Current enrollment in a college or university program is preferred; prior experience in event support or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
