Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate and timely information on student visa requirements, processes, and documentation for countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and others.
- Prepare and review visa applications to ensure completeness and compliance with student visa rules and regulations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of changing student visa policies and updates from embassies and government agencies.
- Guide students in organizing required documents including financials, SOPs, academic records, and language test results.
- Communicate regularly with students to provide updates on application progress and next steps.
- Collaborate with admission processors to ensure compliance with admission requirements and timely offer letter updates.
- Maintain accurate student records, case notes, and follow-up details in student management systems.
- Manage end-to-end application processing, documentation, and regular follow-ups with students and institutions.
- Organize, coordinate, and conduct student seminars and webinars to provide guidance and increase awareness.




- Handle promotional calls and execute promotional campaigns through emails and broadcast.

Target Achievement:

- Achieve monthly/quarterly B2B acquisition and student conversion targets as per the company’s goals
