Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategy & New Ventures Lead to identify, evaluate, and launch new business opportunities across multiple industries.

This role focuses on venture creation building new businesses from concept through launch and early growth. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate market opportunities, develop venture strategies, and launch new business initiatives.

The role will also support recruitment of venture leaders or CEOs to lead new ventures and help scale these businesses.

Candidates must have prior experience launching or building new ventures, business units, or startup initiatives.Key Responsibilities

Venture Creation & Strategy

- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and business ideas
- Develop business strategies and venture concepts for new initiatives
- Lead ventures from concept stage through launch and early growth
- Conduct market research, opportunity analysis, and commercial evaluation

Business Planning & Execution

- Develop business plans, market entry strategies, and operating models
- Conduct financial modelling and business case development
- Work with leadership to validate and launch new ventures

Venture Leadership & CEO Recruitment

- Support recruitment of venture leaders / CEOs to run new ventures




- Help define venture leadership structures and founding teams
- Provide guidance and strategic direction during the early growth phase

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

- Build partnerships with industry experts, investors, and advisors
- Develop strategic relationships that support venture growth

Venture Portfolio Management

- Manage the pipeline of venture opportunities
- Track progress of ventures and key strategic initiatives
- Support ventures with growth strategy and expansion planning

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7–12 years experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, venture development, or innovation roles
- Must have experience launching or building new ventures / business units
- Strong understanding of market prospect assessment and business model design
- Experience working with leadership teams on strategic growth initiatives
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
