Role Description The Strategy Associate role is a contract position based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. In this role, the associate will conduct market and competitive research, analyze customer and sales data, and identify strategic opportunities to strengthen WAHE’s brand and growth.

Daily responsibilities include supporting business planning, preparing insightful presentations and reports for leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives. The role also involves contributing to go-to-market strategies, refining value propositions, and supporting decision-making through clear, data-backed recommendations.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience interpreting data to generate business insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills and the ability to create impactful Presentations for diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Consulting experience or exposure to strategic problem-solving in business environments.
- Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities, including customer, competitor, and industry analysis.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides); experience with analytics or BI tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work setting.
- Interest in consumer brands, jewellery, or luxury retail, and alignment with WAHE’s purpose-driven approach to luxury.

Salary

- Upto 6 Lacs per annum.
