With manufacturing capabilities in Bhadohi, India, Rugfine is building a design-led rug business serving interior designers, architects, hospitality projects, luxury residential clients, retailers and international markets.

The Opportunity

Rugfine is now planning to establish a flagship luxury rug showroom in Delhi NCR .

We are looking for strategic investors / partners to participate in the Delhi flagship store opportunity.

Capital Requirement: ₹3 Crore

We are open to participation from multiple strategic partners , rather than requiring the entire investment from a single individual.

Indicative participation may start from ₹50 lakh , depending on the final structure.

Important:

This opportunity is intended for the Delhi flagship business and does not involve equity ownership in the broader Rugfine brand by default.

The final commercial structure will be mutually agreed and documented through appropriate legal agreements.

What We Are Building The Delhi showroom is envisioned as more than a conventional carpet store.

It will be a Luxury Handmade Rug & Carpet Experience Centre designed for:

- Interior designers
- Architects
- Luxury homeowners
- Hospitality groups
- Real-estate developers
- Procurement teams




- High-end furniture & décor businesses

The showroom will showcase Rugfine's complete range across Hand Knotted, Hand Tufted, Handloom and Flatweave , along with bespoke design and customisation capabilities. Customers and design professionals will be able to explore:

Rug → Material → Colour → Texture → Design → Custom Size → Custom Production under one brand.

Investment & Partnership Model The proposed structure is based around a Delhi flagship Partnership.

The strategic partner(s) would participate in the Delhi retail business , while Rugfine would remain responsible for the brand and its broader business.

Rugfine would provide:

- Rugfine brand and brand guidelines
- Product portfolio
- Handmade rug manufacturing capabilities
- Product development
- Customisation support
- Design and CAD support
- Product knowledge and training
- Supply of rugs
- Store concept and visual guidelines
- Marketing and brand support
- Operational framework

Who We Are Looking For We are particularly interested in individuals or groups with:

- ₹50 lakh+ investable capital
- Experience in business, investments or entrepreneurship
- Luxury / premium retail experience
- Interior, architecture, furniture or home décor connections
- Hospitality or real-estate network




- Strong Delhi/NCR business network
- Ability to contribute strategic relationships in addition to capital
- Interest in building a long-term luxury retail business

Prior experience in rugs or carpets is not mandatory. What matters most is capital, execution capability, business understanding and network.
