We are looking for a high-energy, strategically ruthless PR, Influencer Marketing & Brand Growth leader who wants to build an influencer marketing company from the ground up and take it head-to-head with some of the most established names in the industry. This is not a role for someone looking to manage an existing PR calendar or execute someone else's strategy. You will be expected to create the strategy, define the positioning, build the narrative, open doors, create demand and make the company impossible to ignore.

The Goal is not to build another influencer marketing agency. We are building a brand that makes the existing players nervous. We want to become a company that brands want to work with, creators want to be associated with and the industry cannot ignore. If you have the ambition, network, strategic firepower and execution ability to build that from scratch, this is your opportunity to own the mission.

You have 5–10+ years of experience across PR, influencer marketing, brand strategy, communications, creator marketing or integrated marketing, with a proven ability to turn strategy into market impact. You understand how brands, creators, media, culture and business growth intersect. You have solid media and creator relationships, exceptional storytelling skills,



sharp strategic thinking, commercial instinct and the confidence to challenge conventional agency thinking.

The ideal candidate is part brand strategist, PR powerhouse, creator-economy expert, storyteller, network builder and growth hacker. You should be comfortable developing a positioning strategy in the morning, pitching a journalist or creator in the afternoon and building a campaign or market-growth plan by evening.

You will develop and execute high-impact creator-led campaigns, PR programs, media initiatives, partnerships, events, content platforms and industry activations that make people talk about the company. You will identify emerging creators, cultural trends, conversations and opportunities before competitors do, and turn them into campaigns that build relevance and authority.
