Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Pune, India

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our European business and act as a key link between global HR strategy and regional execution. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, experience in strategic HR partnering, workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational development, along with the ability to work effectively with senior global stakeholders.

This role will work closely with the Global CHRO and India GCC leadership to drive people strategies that support business growth, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness across Europe.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Business Partnering – Europe

- Act as a trusted strategic HR partner for the European business, aligning HR initiatives with regional business objectives.
- Partner with European leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations on talent, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce requirements.
- Support leadership in managing organizational change and people-related business challenges.

1. HR Budget & Workforce Planning

- Oversee and analyze HR budgets for the European region.
- Drive workforce planning in alignment with business growth, headcount requirements, and financial objectives.
- Analyze compensation, workforce costs, and other HR metrics to identify opportunities for greater efficiency.




- Partner with relevant stakeholders on headcount planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization.

1. Market & Talent Strategy

- Leverage market intelligence and commercial/business insights to support talent-related decisions across Europe.
- Develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Monitor market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and evolving HR practices.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to strengthen the organization's talent strategy.

1. Global HR Collaboration

- Work directly with the Global CHRO on global HR initiatives, strategic programs, and organizational priorities.
- Ensure alignment between global HR strategy and regional implementation.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders across geographies to drive consistency while considering regional requirements.
- Support the execution and tracking of global HR programs and initiatives.

1. India GCC Integration

- Partner with the India GCC leadership to ensure seamless support for global and European business requirements.




- Execute strategic HR projects and targeted initiatives as assigned by Saurabh Bhasin .
- Strengthen collaboration between the India GCC and European/global leadership teams.
- Ensure the GCC's people strategy, workforce capabilities, and HR processes effectively support global business objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Solid strategic HR business partnering and consulting skills.
- Experience working with senior leadership and global stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, HR budgeting, and compensation analysis.
- Ability to use HR data and market intelligence to drive business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Experience with organizational design, talent strategy, and change management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Comfortable working in an evening shift aligned with European business hours.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
- 8–12+ years of relevant HR experience , preferably in strategic HRBP or global HR roles.
- Experience supporting European or international markets is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working with GCCs, multinational organizations, or global HR teams will be an advantage.
- Proven experience partnering with C-suite/senior leadership and managing strategic HR initiatives.
