About the Role

What You’ll Do

- Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp & meetings
- Counsel students and understand their career goals
- Drive Lead → Follow-up → Conversion
- Handle objections and close enrollments
- Achieve sales targets
- Maintain CRM and follow-up records

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Target-oriented and ambitious mindset
- Ability to build trust quickly
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
