Job Summary The Stores Executive is responsible for the productive management of the inventory and storage of materials, tools, and products. The role includes receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining records of materials to ensure optimal inventory levels and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or invoices.
- Organize and maintain inventory in accordance with internal procedures.
- Ensure proper storage of materials to avoid damage, spoilage, or loss.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Issue materials and supplies based on approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and raise requests for reordering as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and cleanliness in the store area.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to meet material requirements.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports for management.
