Job Description
- Develop and execute the expansion strategy for airports, malls, and other high-footfall retail locations.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new leasing opportunities aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with airport operators, mall developers, landlords, and leasing consultants.
- Lead commercial negotiations, lease finalization, and contract management.
- Assess market opportunities, location viability, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and brand teams to ensure successful site launches.
- Drive pipeline management and expansion planning across regions.
- Monitor leasing costs, occupancy trends,



and portfolio performance.
- Ensure timely execution of store opening plans and expansion targets.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, leasing, retail expansion, or real estate acquisition.
- Strong network within airport authorities, mall developers, retail landlords, and property consultants.
- Proven track record of securing strategic commercial locations at scale.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
- Experience in retail, QSR, food services, hospitality, or consumer-facing businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Ability to travel extensively and manage multi-city expansion initiatives.
