Crown Global Immigration is a leading RCIC-led immigration consultancy specializing in study visas, work permits, permanent residency, and visitor visas. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Student Visa Counsellor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
- Assess students' academic background, career goals, English language proficiency, and financial profile to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Guide students through the complete admission and study visa process from initial counselling to visa approval.
- Coordinate with the documentation and visa processing team to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Stay updated on immigration policies,
study permit regulations, and education trends across all Five Eyes countries.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, school visits, and promotional events when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas education or student visa counselling (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal, sales, and counselling abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
