This role provides an chance to work directly with customers across India, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge XR technologies, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the company’s XR technology products by understanding their operation,



setup, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and customer usage.
- Provide remote technical assistance to customers through calls, video meetings, and other online support platforms.
- Understand customer concerns, identify issues, provide appropriate solutions, and coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Assist customers in effectively adopting and utilizing XR hardware and software solutions.
- Manage customer support tickets and ensure timely updates and closure as per defined service standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate customer databases, service records, support history, and other operational documents.
- Create and maintain technical documents, user guides, FAQs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal knowledge resources.
- Travel across India for XR product demons
