About the Role

Clarence Chemicals is looking for energetic and ambitious Field Sales Executives to develop customers across Vadodara and surrounding industrial areas.

This is primarily a field job.

Your main responsibility will be to visit chemical factories, manufacturing plants, distributors, and industrial end users, meet decision makers, generate enquiries, and convert them into customers.

You will also use cold calling, follow ups, referrals, LinkedIn, and online research to identify new business opportunities.

Freshers are welcome. Chemical industry experience is not mandatory. We are more interested in communication skills, confidence, willingness to learn, and the ability to approach new customers.

What You'll Do
- Visit factories, manufacturers, chemical companies, distributors, and industrial end users
- Meet purchase managers, procurement teams, plant personnel, and business owners
- Cold call potential customers and arrange meetings




- Find new customers and generate sales enquiries
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate quotations
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, and orders
- Negotiate and close sales
- Develop repeat business and long term customer relationships
- Maintain records of customer visits, leads, quotations, and follow ups

Who Can Apply?
- Fresh graduates interested in B2B sales
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Self motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Two wheeler preferred

Salary & Incentives

Freshers: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

Petrol / field travel expenses are compensated separately as per company policy.

Uncapped Sales Commission

In addition to fixed salary, sales executives can earn commission based on the gross profit generated from customers and successful collections.

Higher profitable sales = higher earnings.

Solid performers can earn ₹10,000, ₹20,000
