Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat | Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₹25,000 per month (Fixed base) + Performance-based incentives

We are looking for a driven and professional Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Site Visits: Confidently handle prospective buyers, conduct

comprehensive property tours, and showcase the unique value of our projects.

Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively call new leads to generate business and expand our

customer base.

Telephonic Sales: Effectively handle telephonic inquiries, navigate client objections, and

successfully convert calls into scheduled site visits.

Payment Follow-ups: Communicate professionally with existing clients to ensure timely





collection of outstanding payments.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with both direct

clients and our network of Channel Partners (CPs).

Marketing Contribution: Actively brainstorm and propose innovative marketing ideas and

strategies to help boost project visibility.

Team Coordination: Maintain seamless and transparent communication with the management

team and employer regarding daily progress and sales pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience in Sales is highly preferred; experience specifically within the

Real Estate sector is a strong advantage.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with

high-value clients.

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel for managing client data, leads, and daily

reporting.

Adaptability: A strong willingness to learn new industry trends, sales techniques, a
