Position: Program Manager - Night Shift (PST Time)
Location: Noida (100% Onsite)

Responsibility:
- Ability to organize and lead a team to a desired result within a matrix corporate structure.
- Requires the ability to coach and manage within a growth-oriented environment.
- Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared
- Abilities in coordinating with internal/external customers for running successful business
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for clients, leadership, and business development activities.
- Pre-Sales activities and Research required for Sales team for their sales meetings
- Support proposal development, RFP/RFQ responses, and bid management activities.
- To deliver Technology Skills, Soft Skills and Technical or another Systems training.
- Coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations.





Experience Required:
- 3-5 Years of Managerial Experience or equivalent Experience Managing
- Must have a technical background.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and should have good learning abilities.
- Excellent ability to analyze and interpret complex data with mínimal guidance.
- Experience with proposal writing, bid management, and RFP/RFQ responses is a plus.
- Self-driven individual contributor (IC) with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree is required.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office and database management. Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
- Must be adaptable to work in Night shift.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
