Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate IT Counselor at our center in Vadodara who has great ideas to give, follows trending educational paths, and brings solid student-guidance references.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm innovative counseling approaches and bring modern, trending IT domain references to guide students.
- Counsel students and professionals, understanding their career goals to recommend the right IT courses and training programs.
- Maintain deep up-to-date knowledge of the tech industry to effectively bridge the gap between student aspirations and IT career paths.

Requirements:
- Creativity & Ideation (mandatory): Natural ability to give fresh ideas and use trending industry references to mentor students.
- Technical Experience (mandatory): Prior experience in the IT field or IT Career Counseling is required to explain technical paths clearly.
- Availability: Ready to join immediately.
