Position Details:
- Workplace Type: Hybrid model consisting of three days from the office and two days working from home. Please note that during the initial two months of onboarding and training, the role is strictly full time on site at our office.
- Office Location: Ratnaakar Nine Square, Opposite ITC Narmada, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Remuneration:INR 25,000 to INR 35,000 per month.

Overview:
This position combines prospect research, marketing analysis, and professional communication. You will review target websites, identify areas for digital improvement, and craft tailored pitch materials that demonstrate clear commercial value to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target companies and key decision makers across designated business sectors. Build clean, structured prospect lists with accurate contact information.
- Examine the websites, search engine visibility, and social media presence of prospective clients to identify gaps,



technical bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
- Translate audit findings and strategic marketing recommendations into clear, skilled visual presentations for prospective client meetings.
- Manage the meeting calendar, qualify incoming responses, and coordinate discovery calls between Australian business prospects and our leadership team.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, prospect interactions, audit notes, and follow up stages.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Successful completion of secondary school education and a Bachelor’s degree from recognized, reputed educational institutions.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English with the ability to converse fluently, write persuasively, and engage professionally with international business executives.
