Role Overview

We are hiring a Staff Engineer with deep expertise in ServiceNow and SaaS platforms to lead architecture, design scalable solutions,



and drive engineering excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both:
- Strategic thinking (architecture, standards, platform vision):
- Execution depth (solution design, complex build, integration patterns)

You will work closely with global teams across the US, Europe, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Platform Ownership
- Own and evolve end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow and SaaS ecosystem within CCRS
- Define and enforce design standards, reusable patterns, and governance models:
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements:
- Drive platform scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability

Hands-on Technical Leadership
- Act as primary technical authority for ServiceNow and integrations
- Provide deep hands-on support in complex design and troubleshooting scenarios
