Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relations and performance management
- Attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records
- Labour law compliance and statutory documentation
- Contract labour management and liaison
- Coordination with safety/EHS team on workplace compliance
- Training, employee engagement, and policy implementation
- Workforce planning, discipline, and grievance handling
- HR reporting and process improvement
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (required)
Experience:
- Human resources: 5 years (required)
