Key responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of electronics hardware and testing engineers, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and evaluating performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship to team members.

Product Development:
- Define hardware requirements and specifications for new electronic products based on market needs and customer requirements from Sales department / Management
- Lead the design process, including schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, and simulation.
- Ensure adherence to design guidelines, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.

Project Management:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for hardware development projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software engineers, manufacturing, procurement) to ensure smooth project execution.

Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated on emerging electronic components, technologies, and industry trends.
- Provide technical expertise on hardware design,



troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Review and approve technical documentation, design specifications, and test procedures.

Quality Assurance:
- Establish and implement robust testing methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware prototypes and production units.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

Qualification and Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in electronics hardware design and development
- Solid leadership and project management skills
- Expertise in schematic capture and simulation tools
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
