Job Opening: QC Manager - PEB Industry

Position:QC Manager
Experience:8-10 Years
Industry:Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)/ Structural Steel Fabrication
Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Control department for PEB manufacturing and fabrication.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
- Monitor incoming raw materials, in-process inspections, and final product inspections.
- Review fabrication drawings, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), and inspection reports.
- Coordinate NDT activities (UT, MT, PT, RT) and maintain quality documentation.
- Ensure dimensional inspections and welding quality meet project requirements.
- Handle customer inspections and third-party inspections.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Train and mentor the QC team on quality standards and inspection procedures.




- Coordinate with Production, Design, Planning, and Project teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Prepare quality reports, NCRs, audit reports, and inspection records.
- Lead internal and external quality audits.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering.:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in the PEB or Structural Steel Fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of welding inspection, fabrication processes, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Knowledge of AWS, IS, ASTM, and other relevant standards.
- Experience in handling customer and third-party inspections.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
