As we expand our presence in the Erode têxtile cluster, we're building a lean, professional local team with clear roles and strong financial controls — and this position is central to that.

The Prospect

We're looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy Collections & Dispatch Coordinator to be our on-ground financial checkpoint in Erode. You'll make sure that what's dispatched matches what's ordered, and what's invoiced matches what's paid — reporting directly to our Ahmedabad finance office. This is an independent,



high-trust role with real responsibility from day one, ideal for someone who takes pride in clean, accurate records and wants to grow into a larger finance or operations role as our Tamil Nadu operations expand.

What You'll Do
- Verify that goods dispatched to customers match approved orders and invoices
- Track customer payments and reconcile them against outstanding invoices
- Conduct periodic checks with customers and transporters to confirm deliveries
- Maintain clean, accurate, and fully transparent records
- Prepare regular reconciliation reports for the Ahmedabad finance office
- Flag any discrepancies or irregularities promptly and directly to leadership

What We're Looking For
- B.Com or equivalent commerce background
- 1-4 years of experience in accounts, collections, dispatch, or logistics coordination (industrial or trading business background preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, recor
