We manage projects end-to-end, from design concept through on-site execution, and are scaling our operations, sales pipeline, and client experience as we grow.

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Business Development professional to own lead conversion, client acquisition, and partnership growth for Holla Homes. You'll work closely with the marketing and design teams to turn inbound leads into signed projects, and proactively build new channels, referral networks, builder/architect tie-ups, and B2B commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads (from website, ads, and referrals) into site visits, consultations, and signed contracts
- Own the sales pipeline end-to-end: follow-ups, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders,



real estate developers, and channel partners for referral business
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities (commercial interiors, builder tie-ups, corporate offices)
- Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare accurate, timely client proposals and quotations
- Maintain CRM hygiene log every lead, interaction, and pipeline stage accurately
- Track and report on conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue targets
- Represent Holla Homes at site visits, client meetings, and industry events
- Gather client and market feedback to inform pricing, packaging, and positioning

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (interior design, real estate, construction, or related industries preferred)
- Solid communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to individual homeowners as well as commercial clients
- Proven track record of me
