Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production activities for master controllers, contactors, panels, and related products.
- Plan and monitor production schedules based on production orders.
- Issue work orders and allocate resources efficiently.
- Provide process engineering support and resolve production-related technical issues.
- Monitor worker productivity and optimize manufacturing performance.
- Maintain production records, incoming inspection reports, and final testing documentation.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of manufacturing tools, fixtures, test equipment, and machinery.
- Train and develop production personnel on manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to:
- Safety
- Quality
- Delivery
- Efficiency
- Prepare Monthly MIS reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical)
or
- Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering (BE Production)
Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Production Management.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Production Techniques
- Manufacturing Processes
- Quality Management
- Material Management
- Team / Manpower Management
