Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and analytical MIS Executive to join our fast-growing Ice Crem Parlour and Cafe in Jaipur. If you have expertise in data management, reporting, inventory handling, and advanced Excel operations, this is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Manage sales reports, inventory data, and stock reconciliation
- Monitor stock movement and coordinate with store/operations teams
- Analyze business data and prepare performance reports
- Maintain accurate databases and reporting systems
- Ensure timely reporting and data accuracy
- Support management with operational and analytical insights
- Track inventory variances and prepare stock audit reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel:
- VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- IF, SUMIF,



COUNTIF Functions
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Dashboard Preparation
- MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Basic understanding of ERP/POS software
- Strong data handling and documentation skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy

Soft Skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Experience in QSR, Retail, FMCG, or F&B; Industry preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant MIS experience
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce preferred)
