Qualification : Any Graduate + MBA in HR/ MIRPM/MLS

Experience: Min. 4- 10 Yrs. Exp. In Payroll Process

Location : Nagpur

Responsibilities:
1) All Salary working in ERP, contractor & companies.
Salary processing of Consultants & Interns.

2) Check Attendance of Contractor and Salary working of all contractor

3)A) Shift Adjustment, allocation & Checking in monthly Basic with manager Approval
B) Check Attendance Of Contractor And Salary Working Of Contractor
C) Resolve Punching Related Issue
D ) Generation & approval Of Pf, Esic,, Lwf Challans Of Rcpl
E ) Checking of recent joinee, PF, ESIC number, Rate Master,

F) Attendance, Deputation, Gatepass, Tour, Misspunch, OT, Com off, Late Coming, Early Going, Leave, Esic Leave,



entry in ERP software

G) Time office entries & management

4) Preparing physical attendance data for monthly incentive.

5) Salary Dispute resolving.

6) Preparation of Muster Roll to submit in ESIC Office.

7) Salary Increment rates uploading to ERP as well as Increment Arrears working.

8) All salary related work in ERP.

9) Experience with ERP will be added benefit.

10) Preferably from the manufacturing industry.
