About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements across diverse software domains and deliver high-quality talent.
- Handle offer negotiation, compliance checks, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS systems and generate recruitment reports.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment within the software/technology domain.
- Proven experience hiring for technical roles across software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with MSP/VMS models and System Integrators.
- Robust knowledge of US staffing processes, including: W2, C2C, and Contract-to-Hire
- US tax terms and employment compliance.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java,.NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Cybersecurity, SAP, and ERP.
