Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage overall store and warehouse operations ensuring effective inventory management.
- Plan, forecast, and control material requirements for chemical manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP (SAP HANA B1) and ensure real-time updates.
- Conduct monthly physical verification and reconciliation of stock.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through process optimization and waste reduction in material management.
- Hands on experience in Inventory Management & Control (Cycle count, RCA, Reorder Planning, CAPA, Store Layout).
- Handle Process Improvement Project & Cost Reduction Project.
- Prepare & Improve Store SOP's.
- 5-7 years of experience in Store Operations with expertise in ERP Implementation, Inventory Management, Material Requirement Planning, and Stock Taking.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as B.B.A. / B.M.S. or M.B.A. Logistics Management.
- Robust understanding of 5S System, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Kaizen principles for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
