Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards and explain repair estimates, timelines, and service recommendations.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and obtain approval for additional repairs, if required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Deliver vehicles to customers after explaining the work performed and billing details.
- Promote value-added services, accessories, AMC, and extended warranty plans.
- Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation.
- Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, safety standards,



and dealership processes.

Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge of automobile systems and vehicle maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with two-wheeler or four-wheeler dealerships.
- Knowledge of warranty claims and service processes.
- Experience using DMS software will be an added advantage.

Salary

Pay: ₹10,240.39 - ₹15,000.00 per month
