This role is based on our Hyderabad office and working full-time on-site. With an on-site working schedule, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate in person and build strong connections with our team.
- What You’ll Do:
- Maintainaccurateand detailed case documentation within CRM and case management systems.
- Perform root cause analysis toidentifyrecurring problems and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Engineering (Software/Hardware), QA,Sales,OrderManagementand Billingto ensureaccurateand effective problem-solving.
- Maintain detailed documentation for all customer interactions and resolutions.
