About Laraware Group

Laraware Group is a technology conglomerate headquartered in Lucknow, operating multiple digital products across fintech, e-commerce, and SaaS. As a BDE, you will drive client acquisition and business growth across the Group's flagship products:
- FashionKart.ai — AI-powered B2B fashion marketplace + ERP for clothing manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
- QuiqPe — the Group's digital platform Fintech
- NxtBanking— India"s 1st AI Powered Fintech Platform
- Laraware — technology services and SaaS solutions for businesses (custom software, web/mobile apps, ERP/CRM).

You'll represent one or more of these products depending on your strengths and the assigned territory.

Role Overview

We're looking for an energetic, target-driven BDE who can identify prospects, pitch our products, onboard clients, and build long-term relationships. This is a mix of field and office sales — depending on the product and territory assigned.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients across assigned products (FashionKart sellers, QuiqPe users/merchants,



Laraware SaaS clients)
- Conduct product demos — in person, over video, or on-site
- Onboard current clients end-to-end — from first pitch to activation
- Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets
- Maintain daily activity logs in the CRM (CRM)
- Collect referrals and build a strong pipeline
- Represent the Group at trade fairs, industry events, and B2B meetings
- Share market feedback — competitor activity, pricing, client pain points
- Coordinate with product and support teams for smooth client handover

Requirements:
Graduation (any stream) 3 yrs

B2B sales / field sales experience

Strong communication (Hindi + English)

Experience in SaaS,

fintech, or e-commerce sales

Own smartphone;
2-wheeler for field roles

Familiarity with CRM tools

Target-driven, self-motivated attitude

Existing business network / client contacts

Willingness to travel for field roles

Understanding of GST, bil
