Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Program Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the USA. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong understanding of project management and communication.
- Ability to work with PMO teams across the organization to track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs). Experience setting up program meetings and communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of IQL/SQL.
- Strong analytical skills.
- The ability to work as a self-starter.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively and independently research, experiment, and solve problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results rapid.
- Support the Application Security Team by providing program management.
- Maintain the Code Freshness (R&D;) and Operational Ownership Expectations programs.
- Lead team meetings, create project documentation, and manage change initiatives.




- Provide overall program coordination and guidance.
