Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor creditor accounts and vendor payments.

Handle cash expense accounting, verification, and reconciliation.

Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Coordinate with vendors and prepare vendor-related reports.

Monitor financial transactions and provide a bird's-eye view of key financial findings and observations.

Ensure proper filing, documentation, and secure storage of financial records.

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.

Track and manage customer receipts and refunds.

Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost-control initiatives.

Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reviews and audits.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

Leverage AI-based tools and technology to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and financial analysis.





Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.

M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

Experience Required:
5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Experience in retail industry accounting will be an added advantage.

Prior experience in managing accounts independently and handling financial reporting is preferred.

Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.

Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and reporting tools.

Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
