Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for stainless steel holloware products within the mining and metals sector.
- Identify and cultivate current business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and expanding the customer base.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication, technical support, and after-sales service.
- Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure customer specifications and quality standards are met.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales tactics.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.




- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and resolve any order-related issues.
- Report on sales performance metrics, forecast future sales, and provide insights to senior management for strategic planning.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
