Key Responsibilities:Project Execution & Supervision
- Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Quality Control
- Implement and maintain quality standards as per company policies and project requirements.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with approved construction methodologies.
- Review material quality and workmanship at site.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams for testing and documentation.
Planning & Coordination
- Prepare and review work schedules and resource plans.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores departments for timely material availability.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide progress updates.
- Assist in project planning and risk assessment activities.
Safety Management
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Promote a safe working workplace at construction sites.
- Coordinate with the safety team to implement corrective and preventive measures.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain site records, measurement sheets, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Review contractor bills and certify completed work quantities.
- Monitor project costs and report deviations to management.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities, and subcontractors.
- Attend project meetings and represent the company professionally.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfactory project execution.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
- 8-15 years of experience in civil construction projects.
