About the Role

This is not a traditional managerial role. We are looking for someone who can think and perform like a founder while working within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the assigned business vertical.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Generate new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and manage high-performing teams.
- Work closely with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Define monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and business KPIs.
- Create SOPs and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct weekly review meetings and submit progress reports.
- Represent the company in client meetings, investor discussions, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business sustainability.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business reach.

- Startup experience will be considered an added advantage.
