Reporting Manager: Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment such as weighing balances, Fully Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine, Inkjet

Printer Domino, Programmable Strip Cutter, Sealing machine (Band Sealer), pouching, labelling machines

and Packaging.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, ISO 13485, and GMP requirements during production.
- Maintain accurate Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and logbooks.
- Perform in-process checks like volume, and basic analytical parameters.
- Ensure proper cleaning of equipment and area before and after production.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling and testing.
- Identify and report deviations or abnormalities during production.
- Maintain cleanliness and environmental conditions in production area.

Authority:




- To execute production activities as per approved procedures.
- To report deviations and escalate issues to Sr. Executive.

Skills:
- Basic knowledge of reagent preparation
- Understanding of SOPs, GMP, and ISO 13485
- Knowledge of handling laboratory and production equipment
- Basic troubleshooting ability

- On-time batch execution
- Batch error / deviation
- Documentation
- Material handling
- Equipment handling efficiency

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
