Join us as a Trade & Transaction Reporting Manager
- You’ll play a critical leadership role in shaping regulatory strategy and insight across Regulatory Operations, helping us stay ahead in a fast-evolving environment
- You’ll lead the Regulatory Pulse team, driving horizon scanning, regulatory interpretation and rule mapping while building a best-in-class Centre of Excellence
- Be at the centre of regulatory engagement, using your expertise to enable strong compliance, deliver insightful analysis and support transformation, innovation and simplification across the function

What you’ll do:
As a Trade & Transaction Reporting Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for the accurate, complete and timely reporting of trade and transaction submissions across multiple asset classes.
You’ll work closely with regulators across different jurisdictions, building strong relationships and maintaining open, effective communication. At the same time, you’ll partner with internal stakeholders to proactively identify, manage and remediate any compliance risks. This is a role with high visibility and real impact, where you’ll help shape how we respond to regulatory change and elevate our reporting capabilities.
You’ll be:
- Evaluating upcoming regulatory changes, assessing their impact on operating processes and making sure they are clearly understood and effectively managed
- Driving standards and collaboration, building a team that operates as a true reporting centre of excellence, both in terms of performance and knowledge
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing outcomes and supporting alignment across the business
