Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import and export operations for international shipments.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers (CHA), and transport partners.
- Prepare and review import-export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), Certificate of Origin (COO), Letter of Credit (LC), and other statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, FEMA, EXIM policies, customs regulations, and other applicable international trade laws.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve clearance or transit-related issues.
- Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and government agencies to ensure timely clearance of shipments.
- Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with logistics partners.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and finance teams for smooth execution of import and export activities.




- Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare operational reports.
- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for process and cost optimization.
- Stay updated with changes in import-export regulations and international trade policies.

Mandatory Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in Import & Export Operations.
- Hands-on experience in freight forwarder coordination and customs clearance.
- Robust knowledge of DGFT, FEMA, EXIM Policy, IEC, HS Codes, and international shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹19,749.70 - ₹90,160.73 per month
