As an Engineer, you will be leading design, development and maintenance of Large Engine Valve Train components to meet the requirements of New Source Introduction (NSI), Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) and Current Product (NPI) & New Technology Introduction (NTI) projects. The position will have broad responsibility from concept development to release to production in a manner to ensure products provide superior performance, durability, quality, and serviceability.



In this position you will be working with the global cross functional team to solve technical problems and delivery of projects, continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology, guide team members, and deepen your professional network.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Design and development Reciprocating Engines Valve Train components and related processes
- Understand program requirements, boundary conditions & dynamics aspects & refine the design in close collaboration with component suppliers without compromising in design requirements and solve Manufacturing, Assembly & Field issues.
- Lead technical evaluation, design calculations, and participate in design decisions
- Utilize & follow key product development processes (FMEA, DVP&R;, APQP, PPAP etc.) inherent in NTI, NPI, CPI, Maintenance & Cost Reduction Programs.
