Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for material handling equipment, specifically unloading machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular equipment inspections at customer sites.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve after-sales and warranty-related issues.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) before equipment dispatch.
- Deliver operator training on equipment handling, maintenance, and safety.
- Perform machine installation, commissioning, routine servicing, and repairs.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime through timely service support.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain optimum warehouse stock levels.
- Coordinate the dispatch of equipment and spare parts.
- Handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and warranty extension activities.
- Carry out mandatory warranty services and maintain accurate MIS reports.
- Provide on-site technical troubleshooting and support.
- Contribute to the growth of OEM after-sales service and spare parts business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-6 years of experience in after-sales service, field service engineering, or equipment maintenance.
- Experience in material handling equipment, construction equipment, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment is preferred.
- Solid technical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, spare parts management, and customer support.
