- Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards.
- Lead and manage QA/QC team and activities.
- Monitor inspections, testing, and documentation processes.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for quality issues.
