Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, or Functional Consultant (preferably in ServiceNow projects).
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes; exposure to other modules like HR or SPM is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Ability to create process documentation, workflows, and requirement specifications.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for client-facing workshops.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform at functional/consulting level (configuration knowledge is a plus).
