Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board), covering advanced grammar, prose, poetry, and creative writing.
- Exam Preparation: Prepare high school students thoroughly for internal assessments and board examinations through rigorous practice, sample papers, and targeted feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Regularly assess student progress through tests, assignments, and oral evaluations; maintain accurate academic records and provide constructive feedback.
- Parent Communication: Conduct regular updates and participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)



to discuss student growth, behavioral development, and academic needs.
- Co-curricular Engagement: Organize and support language-related activities such as Hindi Diwas celebrations, debates, poetry recitation, and dramatic performances.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi (B.A./M.A. in Hindi) from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience teaching Hindi to high school classes (Grades 9 and 10) with a proven track record of robust academic results.

Pay: From ₹27,000.00 per month
