Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional, state, and area-wise sales targets in line with the business plan.
- Drive business growth, maximize sales volume, and ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, builders, and key customers.
- Generate new business opportunities through channel partners and project sales.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure effective price management, credit control, and collection.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, and business reviews.
- Plan and execute brand promotion activities, including ATL, BTL, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Optimize resource utilization and control operational costs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and business execution.




- 8-15 years of experience in Sales within the Building Materials industry.
- Strong experience in Channel Sales and Project Sales is mandatory.
- Proven experience in dealer and distributor network development.
- Solid relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage regional business independently.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Annual CTC:₹10.5 - ₹15 LPA

Mandatory Requirements
- Experience must be only from the Building Materials industry.
- Channel Sales experience is mandatory.:
- Project Sales experience is mandatory.:
- Maximum age:40-42 years.
- Must currently be based in Chandigarh.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
