- Minimum 5–8 years in a manufacturing environment (FMCG/Food preferred) , with at least 3 years specifically focused on technical/MRO (Maintenance Repairs and Operations) procurement.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineerin g or supply chain management. A technical background is essential for understanding spare part specifications.
- Advanced expertise in ERP (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) systems and eFacility (Preferred)
- Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of engineering spares —from high-level sourcing and contract negotiation to daily physical inventory integrity, system accuracy, and management reporting.
