Voyage Eyewear is a growing eyewear brand focused on delivering stylish, quality, and affordable eyewear to customers. We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Store Sales Executive to represent our brand and drive sales through excellent in-store customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers visiting the store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear based on their preferences, face shape, usage, and budget.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Drive sales and achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the store's product range, including frames, sunglasses, lenses, and other eyewear products.
- Handle customer queries and provide an excellent overall shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain proper display and visual presentation of eyewear products.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Support stock checking,



product arrangement, tagging, and inventory-related activities.
- Coordinate with the store manager and other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Handle billing and payment-related processes accurately, if required.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to the concerned person when required.
- Follow company policies, store procedures, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in store sales/retail sales.
- Candidates from any retail background are welcome; eyewear experience will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented approach with the ability to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of billing, POS systems, or inventory management will be preferred.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Good grooming and qualified presentation.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, weekends, and holidays as per store requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
