- Pharmacist

Prescription Management

- Check prescriptions for errors and ensure they are appropriate and safe for the patient.

- Dispense medicines accurately according to prescriptions.

- Contact referring physicians’ offices to clarify prescription-related queries when required.

Medicine Billing & Cash Handling

- Generate bills for dispensed medicines.

- Collect payments from customers.

- Maintain accurate cash registers and pharmacy transaction records.

- Ensure all billing entries are accurate and up to date.

Medicine Verification

- Check the expiry date and batch number of medicines.

- Compare medicine details with the corresponding bill entries.

- Ensure that the correct medicines are dispensed to customers.

Inventory Management

- Maintain inventory records of medicines dispensed.

- Monitor stock and maintain accurate pharmacy inventory records.

- Ensure proper documentation of medicine transactions.

Patient Records & Confidentiality





- Maintain records of patient history where required.

- Maintain records of activities related to heavy medication.

- Protect the confidentiality of customers’ medical information.

- Handle customer information responsibly and securely.

Customer Service

- Handle customer queries regarding medicines and pharmacy services.

- Resolve customer issues appropriately.

- Escalate complaints to the relevant departments when required.

- Provide skilled and courteous customer support.

Compliance & Documentation

- Record all pharmacy transactions accurately.

- Keep cash registers and transaction records updated.

- Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and pharmacy procedures.

- Ensure proper adherence to pharmacy standards and operational guidelines.
