- Manage inward and outward material movement efficiently.

- Maintain stock records and inventory accuracy.

- Ensure proper storage of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and consumables.

- Ensure proper stacking and systematic arrangement of materials for easy identification and movement.

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, and Dispatch departments.

- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and stock reports.

- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.

- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for material issuance.

- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.

- Handle documentation as per company and audit requirements.

- Should be able to handle stock/inventory entries, purchase entries, GRN, and material inward/outward transactions in Tally.

- Hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is required.

- Experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management will be preferred.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel will be an added advantage.
